MUMPS FREE!!!!!!!

Recently, there has been an outbreak of Mumps in Lethbridge Alberta, specifically within the University population. Being as unlearned as I am about the human body, and any other form of Biology, I assumed, when I first heard about the Mumps, that the Mumps were a form of VD. Imagine my surprise as I walked into the University Atrium the first day of vaccination, to discover half the student population waiting in line to get vaccinated. Now, I am no prude, but I still felt a tinge of shock to see that much apparent “promiscuity” in the school. (I sound so old fashioned when I say it like that).

Relief spread throughout my mind when I discovered that Mumps were an air-born virus. Now imagine my lack of relief to discover that I had contracted Mumps. Uhhhhhhh

Now, 10 quarantined days, 7 missed school days, 11 missed work days, and one serious case of cabin fever later, I am officially Mumps free.
